As part of a proud military family, I understand the sacrifices service members make—thank you for your service! I’m Amanda Causey, a dedicated full-time real estate agent serving Jacksonville, St. Johns County, and Northeast Florida.  With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in helping buyers, sellers, and those relocating navigate the real estate process with confidence. My goal is to protect your interests, negotiate the best deals, and provide expert guidance every step of the way.

I have been with ERA ONETEAM Realty for over 20 years and have sold hundreds of homes totaling tens of millions of dollars in sales.  I currently serve as the Director of Sales Training while continuing to list and sell homes.  In this role, I mentor fellow agents while continuing to deliver outstanding results for my clients. A Graduate of the Realtor Institute and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, I uphold the highest standards of professionalism in the industry.

A graduate of the University of North Florida and a member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, I also hold an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Florida State University.  I have made my home in northern St. Johns County for the last 12 years with my husband, a Marine veteran, and two sons.  We enjoy the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, the many outdoor beaches and parks here in Northeast Florida as well as cheering on our sons at all their sporting events.
